Cancellation Policy

When and how you can cancel a Meetha Paan order placed with Nature’s Trunk, and what happens to your payment.

Cancelling before dispatch

You can cancel an order free of charge until it has been dispatched. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Cancelling after dispatch

Once an order has been shipped it is on its way to you and can no longer be stopped by us. If you still cancel or refuse it, we deduct the actual two-way shipping and handling cost, up to a maximum of ₹350 and never more than the amount you paid. Any remaining balance of a prepaid order is refunded after the parcel returns to us.

• Partial cancellation of an order is not supported. You can cancel the whole order and place a new one.
• Repeatedly refusing Cash on Delivery parcels may lead to Cash on Delivery being unavailable for future orders.

Call +91 79957 98881 or email digitalharvesta7@gmail.com with your order number and the phone number used at checkout. We will confirm the cancellation by email or phone.

Cancellations by Nature’s Trunk

We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the delivery PIN code cannot be served, a price or listing error occurred, or the order appears fraudulent. If this happens we will tell you, and any amount paid is refunded in full.

Refund timing

Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are initiated within 2 business days of the cancellation being confirmed. Banks and payment providers may take a further 4–8 days to show the credit. Cash on Delivery orders that are cancelled have nothing to refund.
