Mint Flavour
A cool, fresh note to finish.

Mint flavour brings a cool, familiar freshness to a blend filled with rose sweetness and roasted aromas. It is added as a fine white powder, and its role is simple: a fresh-tasting finish that makes the after-meal moment feel complete.
- Mint flavour, added as a fine white powder
- Adds a cool, fresh-tasting finish
- Kept out of pot-roasting
A different kind of freshness
Betel leaves give Meetha Paan its unmistakable green foundation; mint flavour adds a lighter, cooler note on top. Together they keep the blend from tasting only sweet, so a fresh side stays present alongside the gulkand.
Why mint is added unroasted
We do not pot-roast the mint flavour. It is one of two exceptions in our preparation, alongside gulkand. The roasted components and the mint flavour are brought into the same blend, so its coolness reaches the finished paan as it is.
Freshness in the flavour
As the rose sweetness and seed textures unfold, mint adds a clean, fresh-tasting finish. We use it for flavour and mouth freshness—the familiar sensory pleasure of ending a meal with something sweet, aromatic and refreshing.
A little ingredient knowledge
